How to do cache Cleanup in SAP FIORI Systems

 

  1. There are two different kind of transactions used to clean up the cache data in SAP FIORI
  2. Login to SAP FIORI BACKEND ECC system with any user which is having right access to fire tcode /n/iwbep/cache_cleanup
  3. Execute the tcode and select button <Cache Cleanup for All module>,it will clear the cache data into FIORI Backend system.
  4. Now Login to SAP FIORI Front End Netweaver System with any user which is having right access to fire tcode “/UI2/DELETE_CACHE” 
  5. Execute tcode “/UI2/DELETE_CACHE”  make sure check box <delete in all client> selected  and user field as “* “ also selected
  6. Similarly execute Tcode ““/UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP”” on FIORY Front End Netweaver System with option >delete in all client and User Filed as “*”

 

  1. Similarly execute  tcode “/UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE” on FIORY Front End Netweaver System with option >delete in all client and User Filed as “*”
  2. Now again go to FIORI FRON End Netweaver System with any user which is having right access to fire tcode /n/iwfnd/cache_cleanup.
  3. Select check Button < Cache Cleanup for all Models>and execute .

9.1               Now Select Purchase Order-PO approval service By pressing F4

9.2               Press Check Box , Select the Model Name of Purchase Order-PO Approval from the List of PO ( By Pressing F4)

9.3               Now Execute.

  1. Similarly execute tcode  /n/iwfnd/cache_cleanup on SAP FIORI Front end Only and select check Button ( cache Cleanup of all Models)  execute

10.1           Now Select Purchase Contract  -PC ( By Pressing F4)

10.2           Select Model name from PC ( Purchase Cataract –PC List)

10.3           Now Execute.

  1. Thus all the cache ( Buffer data of Purchase Order-PO & Purchase Contract –PC) of FIORI system

Front End & Backend will be refreshed.

Benefit: a) This kind of cache refresh only required in SAP FIORI system on Adhoc basis or every 3-6 Months.

b) Help to refresh unwanted data from SAP FIORI buffer.
